Etruscus Resources Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of precious metal mineral properties. The Company’s assets include the Lewis Property and Rock & Roll property. The Lewis property consists of 103 claims in two claim blocks totaling of 2567.56 hectares (ha) in the Exploits Sub-zone of Newfoundland, Canada. The properties are located approximately 32 kilometers (km) from the town of Gander. The property can be accessed by highway and a network of unsealed forestry roads with Highway 1 traveling within one km of the claim blocks. Rail access is within eight km of the claims and a powerline traverses the property. The Rock & Roll property comprising approximately 29,344 ha near the past producing Snip mine in Northwest British Columbia’s prolific Golden Triangle, including the staked Pheno claims totaling 5,411 ha. The Company has exploration properties in two of Canada’s gold camps.
