The bottom line is that he kept certain narrative alive without proper context or without proper adjustments. That was material information that drove many investors' decisions. So, maybe you didn't lose out as much as others because you didn't pay so much close attention to what KNR was communicating. But sure, there are many red flags now, it is just that when the information was provided, there always seemed to be a positive spin around it making it sound like advancement rather than repositioning previous information. KNR owns the miscommunication.
