I think by the end of Q3 the market will be somewhat in line with intrinsic business value, but I hope a little longer because that will allow quality long-term shareholders to pick up even more shares, which will hopefully help to keep the share turnover rate low. SAFE has to get passed soon because there is too much money and too much consumer appetite, and the banks are going to want in. When it was much smaller sums they were fine to sit it out, but they're going want their take now that we're going to be getting into almost multi-billion dollars of annual revenues. I would prefer straight up legalization takes a little longer so assets stay cheap, but I think SAFE is an inevitability, and that should bring prices more in line with IBV.
