RE:RE:RE:RE:Given NDA's fundamentals and stock price activity, it is Thanks for the response.
The poster at ceo.ca said to stay away from wainwright as what happened to the other cryrpo company who had a placement with them, it's sp hardly ever goes up then comes down. I came across with the post when dmgi announced a placement and that's when the poster said to stay away from wainright?? , then when the deal is announced ,wainwright acted as an agent?
Follow up question, nda used to have less than 100 million shares if im not mistaken. Now it does have over 120 million. So what happened there?
Also, what is wainwright doing with the millions of shares they received from the placement? I also read somewhere here either at stockhouse or ceo.ca that wainwright is " double dipping"???
Can you enlighten me on this one? Just wondering why this poster said that.

It is suggested they are not the best circle of friends however , when you need dollars to expand and you have an almost sure bet you can push. Perhaps more revered financial institutions would not have financed at the same number, maybe $1.10?
The question is what will they do with the money they have received.
The value of a dollar is not tainted by perception only in the way it is managed.
If NDA keeps trucking in the direction they are on and keep accumulating processing ability with quality green partners this will never come up again.
