Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

GUD just closed a deal with Novartis for EXELON, an Alzheimer's drug.
What is odd is that GUD also purchased the IP that goes with it.
What's even stranger is the redactions in the agreement - not sure who the partner is and why GUD would give the IP to this third party.

I can speculated but I don't know.
No idea if I'm even close.

Antibe is looking at H2S for Alzheimer's and if they're not the partner ... so be it.
If Antibe is the partner (on both sides of the equation) ... man it would explain a lot.

That's all - just one potential direction that ATE could go to partner. That's all I'm saying.
