AGMOk presentation, more informative during the Q&A, some of these topics should have been addressed in the presentation (new plant, some business plan items). Questions very good and on topic and should have had a page in a presentation. Would have liked a slide of objectives for 2020 with progress. Alot of times mgmt is afraid to remind everyone of what they committed to that year and what their result was :). BOD should demand it.
I get the impression they are too conservative? Need to staff up to move through their projects. Also need to consider this in light of succession planning and in-house capability (Proph mentioned previously that they like to bring the students in-house). I know it might be economical to do clinical or research work in universities but this will hold back the cadence of development because lets face it, as a Ceapro mgr you lack influence (too put it bluntly, you cant fire them). I dont know if this is a Ceapro board obstacle or a mgmt issue with spending a bit more money.
