Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:Opinions please....What is the least amount WRN goes for?I'll give you the easiest and most basic explanation:  nothing below double digits (USD).

Reason being is that if the team didn't sell for $4 USD back in the day, why would they sell for today's equivalent of $8 USD?  Once you rule out $8, your answer has to be somewhere north of that, which for the most part means something in the double digits.

What I would want (as a shareholder) is to determine (using upcoming PEA) what the base case NPV is (using $2,000 gold and $4/lb copper, which were the market figures from last year) and take that NPV on a per share basis.  Then, give me at least 50 cents on the dollar and that is a buyout price I could live with as it is fair:  half for us and the other half for the eventual operators of the Casino project.  Oh, and consider that the PEA won't include any of the blue sky potential from the massive land package, so maybe we actually need higher than 50 cents on the dollar??
