As far as I'm concerned getting an American investor is more of a vanity project for Ghezzi than anything else, like talk of NASDAQ and the TSX (which he abjectly failed to do). So now he can brag about "attracting" US$ while conveniently ignoring what his idiotic game plan has done to the share price. What the company needs is not American investors but American customers (or any customers for that matter). If the investor isn't going to buy a thousand Bioclouds he can go pound sand, especially after driving 50% off the share price. Ghezzi's head should be into sales, not vainly stuck up his own a$$. But I guess being a turd, he doesn't mind the smell.
