I am saying that by your last line where you are effectively suggesting that Ghezzi is aiming to underpromise and overdeliver. Too late for that. And yes, morally and legally is the same argument for underpromising materially. You cannot spin this into a case study of best practices. You can try, but it speaks to your poor judgment and lack of understanding about disclosure.
