I had that same idea...it seemed criminal how cheap it is but it kept falling. I caused that dip on the 26th. I liquidated 10k shares in almost one order. I sold near the highs when I saw SCR begin to crash but I kept that core position in hopes that these catalysts would reflect their solid work over the last year...BUT...it was not to be. I will wait this out and probably scoop down but I personally think this can go even lower than 15 depending on where they sell shares on listing to NASDAQ. IF they offer shares at like 13-14...this will be shorted to 12 ffs. This company is not popular nor does it have any exposure...Years down the road....the days for fast money in this stock like condor said ARE OVER!
