Market price of the stock will go where the sum of investors feels what the company
is worth based on futur discounted earnings witch are fonction of many variables.

One of these important variables is interest rates.

The lower the interest rate the higher price of stocks are.

Like Warren Buffet likes to say.Tell me that interest will stay at 1% for the
next 100 years and investors will pay 100 times todays earnings.


The fact that a company is buying it's share is not always automaticly perceived as a positif.

It all depends at what price they are buying.

Many company do destroy shareholders wealth by over paying.

Like many on Interfor board.I am in the camp that they should be buying as many shares as the can at these levels.At least IFP did something with it's pile of cash.

So in the short term, i am givin IFP management  a pass and understand why they were building this war chest
