RE:RE:Warren Buffett: Buy, hold and don’t watch too closelyHow has the business changed recently in the past 5 months?

Using Phil Town's 4 M's

1) Meaning: fighting climate change with RNG, now added on site hydrogen production, and also medical oxygen needed in hospitals to fight COVID

2) Moat: PSA tech has highest recovery rates and now we have containerized BGX Biostream units

3) Management: lots of top notch talent added in the past few months, some acquired through M&A, and a newly announced COO and VP Global Operations, board has been strengthened : Kurt has nurtured this company and remains as CEO with a lot of skin in the game

4) Margin of Safety: valuation of business cut in half recently, not sure what the margin of safety was / is (based on NAV) but with a haircut from double digits to $5, it has vastly improved, relatively cheap on P/S comparison with other cleantech companies that have lesser growth profiles

As the business improves so will the share price. We are in a much better position now than we were 3 months ago and likely ever before.
