The Upcoming Revers Split Will Likely
initially cause the price to decline, maybe by 50%, which is typlical, but then it also allow for the Company to show a per-share profit in the second half of the year.
Depends on if they decide on a 10 for 1 or a 100 for 1. A 10 for 1 split will not raise the price high enough fro U.S. investment funds to jump in (at least not the major ones), but if they go for a 100 for 1 split, they will see an influx of new investment dollars from funds that could easily buy the whole darn company outright if they wanted to.
I'm guessing a 100 for 1 will be the preferred choice. I guess we'll find out on June 18th (or thereabouts).
I myself am happy for it. It high time this gem of a company gets noticed in the U.S. by all the gazzilion-dollar funds lookinh to pounce on the next big tech thing...
