RE:RE:Short squeeze
I have already written my email to Paul in the event of a Royston success ..........and I suggest others do the same when the time comes........
And if its a failure, then its tin hats on and ride the bad sentiment for 6 months......whilst every muppet posts ill of TXP on all the bulletin boards........ TXP has around 150p a share of proven reserves now, so whilst the share price will react badly short term to any Royston failure, ultimately it will recover.
.......Dear Paul,
Congratulations on an excellent Royston result. This is great news and opens up another development project.
I would like to, again, draw your attention to a very large short position on TXP stock in London.
I am sure following the Rosyton news you will be approached now by various parties suggesting you should raise money to speed up development who then offer cash for shares in a private placement.
However, as a long term shareholder I and many others would implore you to reject this. This is not value creation for shareholders, this dilutes us for no appreciable gain apart from a bit quicker development which is not value creation.
I and many others are more than happy to wait another 6 months or 9 months and get solid cashflow coming in from Cascadura so the company can grow using cash generated from operations. Using debt will not dilute shareholder value, but a further private placement will, so I do hope that you will proceed as previously said in using some debt funding for development and wait for Cascadura to be line before ramping things up in terms of exploration and other developments.
Your sincerely,
.............
