RE:CIBC lumber update...prices in four-digit territory this year. I think you're right. According to the following modelisation results, future price of lumber will remain high for much more than 1 year.

Lumber (LB) price prediction is 1646.760348 USD. The Lumber price forecast is 1646.760348 USD for 2022 May 29, Sunday; and 4195.130 USD for 2026 May 29, Friday. (gov.capital)
