I was just making reference to the Committee Report that they prepare for the Senate. When it is presented to the Senate without amendment the report will be deemed adopted. Then the Senator sponsoring the bill will move that it will be read at the next sitting of Senate which is the best case scenario. Even if there is an amendment things can be expedited procedurally however time is not on the side of the bill. I think you're right it will go through. Ontario has put a lot of time and effort already into the probability of the bill passing. Hope we all make lots of money once bill goes through. Keep up your posts.
