Western Magnesium, Industrial Surplus service contract

2021-05-29 01:27 ET - Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to July 24, 2020, service contract between Western Magnesium Corp. and Industrial Surplus Supplies Ltd. (ISL) (Don Stirling), pursuant to which ISL will build a prototype internally heated testing lab furnace for the testing of a magnesium production process. The consideration is $200,000 payable in cash or shares, up to a maximum of 1,538,461 shares.
