Your sarcasm is apropos. Mad Cow project was based on an earlier cognate of PBI 4050. I believe it was PBI 1402.  Our friend sah1 spent eons reporting on minutes of parliamentary committees but it came to naught.  UK govt couldn't justify the cost...or it was too cheap and thought it OK to bear the risks.

Hope you and sah1 didn't waste too much on post-restructure cheapened shares.
