BT, my post was not about a possible takeover bid, it was about exceeding the 20% threshold and what this means under canadian law.
I do not doubt that a takeover bid will come sooner or later. It is also the repeatedly stated goal of Jim, but it will not come from Sprott. He is an investor just like us and wants/will make money with it. He just has to make sure that he does not exceed this 20% ownership threshold.
I would be more than happy if I had this problem.
