RE:Kirkland Lake and MiradoThanks dustyboy, I'm glad you found that quote about "new acquisition opportunities" for me, and as I said that seems to be under the bus and instead they will fund more drilling on their properties seemingly to the benefit of KL. If there was any one property they were interested in I would say it was Knight which reminds me, we never did get a 43-101 on Knight. But there are some nice intercepts there and the possibility of mining it with Juby either in a joint venture or an outright purchase of Juby. It was nice of Orefinders to tell us that they completed drilling at Knight and they had some nice hits early on at Tyranite but the last batch of drill results was a bit light on good results. Now 27% of the results are pending. but I don't recall that they told us where the reported results were from (except Duggan) or which ones were outstanding. I could see some misses at Tyranite because the holes are deep and its kind of like hitting a needle in a haystack. But it would be more disappointing if they missed at Porphyry Lake or some of the Minto style anomalies at Porphyry Lake. The aomalies there looked very promising and the holes much shorter. One would wonder how they could miss. (Not investment advice.) So it seems some extra information would have been nice. As for Mirado, Dr. Benn said that was where the low hanging fruit was. There is an inferred resource at Mirado of 400,000 ozs.(from memory) and I fully expect that drilling at the North Zone and the MZ zone will add ounces to the south zone pit (already with about 80,000 ozs) not to mention other possibilies on the Mirado property. Having said all that Knight for me seems like the more likely place of interest for KL but I guess we don't know where they will put in that billion dollar hole and my humble analysis could go out window pretty fast. Cheers.
