The issue is management, as long as this CEO is running the show nothing will get done in my opinion. I know I tried to helf years back. He means well but just doesn't have the ability to get things done. When he retires then ya this might be something of interest to look into. On more thing, if you look at aluma's track record. Everything they get involved with tanks!!!!
