Maybe its time to sell one of the three business segments or spin out.  B2B could be its own business especially now with USA on the radar.  Retail, Cultivation or B2B, sell or spin out with cash and shares.

The three business segments are taking up too much time for John.  Ligten the load and concentrate on the one that has the best chnce of growth and $$$ in the future.

That sounds like a terrible idea.. garbage companies are getting bought out for nice premiums.. IMO would be best to find some sort of deal like OGI did but obv on a smaller scale.. pay off the convertible debt and wait for supply glut to clear out so prices can rebound a bit... could get the share price up and roll out more stores with less dilution. Delta 9 careers is hiring for VP of info technology I believe.. that's prob the guy who's leaving.. the head IT guy..
