$34.5 MILLION in debt

Since 2009 and THEY MADE NO REVENUE In these financials and the money they spent was from warrants etc. There is a massive problem if you are not selling anything and living off the shareholders. Financials dont lie. Look at the writing on the wall. I have been watching this company for at least three years now and all I see is them getting deeper and deeper into debt. $34.5 Million so financials point out. Ouch. I would hate to be the bank that they owe.
