BetterLife Pharma Inc. is a biotechnology company. You are not buying below the bought deal at .40 which is why the price fell. The bought deal includes a full warrant not a half warrant and the warrant strike price is very cheap at .50. So it somewhat limits some upside near term for retail purchasers. Given the warrant number and price you would want to be in at around .35!
