RE:RE:RE:Confused about EBITDA, CF,FCF etc.....this might helpRD, I too was part of the EIA process on many mega projects in Alberta and was responsible for providing the design and technical input into these EIA's. I can guarantee that there was no massaging of my data to reflect a bias. I reported the data required factually as we were also required to submit or give regulatory access to the background calculations which were reviewed. IT was common that they assembled a deficiency list which we gave priority too. The only massaging of data on my part was that we had to meet their emission and discharge rates and I would design and specify the equipment necessary to generate 20% less (unknown the the owner). The impact was that when the facility was on stream at capacity the would come in and test emission and find that were significantly less than required and would reduce these rate for future projects, which we could also achieve.
