RE:RE:RE:Meni took a pay cut effective July 2020 Should be share based performance and compensation for all management and executive employees for options and bonuses so shareholders also get something back . As it stands the lower the share price goes down the lower the options are granted as well . So management wins like Meni 2.5 million options in the low .30 cents
Meni did a similar approach to labs if and when it ever gets up and running? More incentive for management to get paid more if gross sales meet certain targets as it gets into production and sales increase?
But for themselves there is no incentive From Marithoon Man ? Just continue as is & hopefully next venture we'll move share prices forward in future months ?
