Anyone Following?Hello,
I've recently acquired a small position (37K units) but am curious if anyone follows this board. I've reviewed the last few financial statements and MD&A and seems like things are moving in the right direction.
Net income each quarter since acquiring the property, mortgage is interest only I think for a number of years so should help them solidify some cash-flow and a balance before the debt is due.
Curious if anyone else has any thoughts.
