You could see why McWhirter might not want to be talking about ALY.
- unannounced information that he has been privy to
- perhaps involved in the underwriting?

Anyway, I will cut him some slack, even if he just doesn't want to take questions because it can get boring to have to discuss the same stock everytime (and get pissed on by forum goers if there is not a jump in SP)
