RE:Johnny needs to go . . .

RE:Johnny needs to go . . .Well, that's not going to happen. The reality is that John and his dad collectively own the majority of the shares. Like it or not, this is their ride. If you don't like the direction the company is taking, we are all free to sell.
I've been in this for the last 2 years. When I started I promised myself a 5 year long hold. I, like many shareholders, have not been happy with this slide in the SP. I originally bought in at $1.52 and averaged down to mid .60's. I really can't chase this SP anymore. I did my part with 87K shares.
I noticed that John is talking a lot about M&A in  interviews or paid promotional pieces the company has put out. To my uneducated ear it sounds more like John signaling others to make offers, not D9 taking the lead. To me this is an invitation for someone else to low-ball, to the determent of the shareholders.
I like the company. I do not like the apparent lack of effort on the part of IR and Management to get this SP up. Paid promotional “interviews” and 15 minute presentations sandwiched between other industry CEO’s is not getting it done.
Speaking for myself, they need to up their game if I‘m to stay committed to my 5 year plan. I will not take a loss and sell, but holding past break even can only be justified by seeing more effort on the part of John and the rest of the management team to get D9 name out there.
