RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The 2:1 consolidationYou don't lose shares man, you obviously don't understand what a consolidation is. To make it as simple as possible, they take 2 shares worth say $1 and make them 1 share worth $2, so if you had $20000 in shares before, you'll have $20000 in shares after. For you and me it has zero impact, the benefits are that if we say get into the $2.50 to $3 range we can uplist to the naz with a quick consolidation by turning those shares into $5-$6. I'm sure you want the naz right? This in turn also reduces the total count of shares which makes the day trading, swing trading, and the algorithmic trading we've seen over the years much more difficult. Just look at the posts, the only people talking isht about the consolidation is the spam basher accounts, because they know its bad for them. wake up man, you wanted to be off my list of bashers but you seem to be aligning yourself with their motivations, which are most definitely not for the common investors benefit. The Naz makes us more attractive to potential buyouts, better analysts, attracts better partners, higher share price makes raising funds more easy with less dilution, and less opportunity to manipulative traders, and thats all without talking about the tighter regulations in the us when it comes to short and distort schemes. Not to mention some people don't invest in a company unless they trade above say $1 or $5 or whatever and if you want to attract mutual funds and institutional investors that buy and hold for decades these are some of the things that might be necessary.
