wait a minute...It has been a while since I looked at who's who on the company website but there is no mention of a clinical director now and there was one before. I remember someone mentioning the name here once. A woman if I recall correctly, I had the impression sometime ago that she was the star who was helping refine the pouch. Perhaps the well connected pumpers can enlighten us.
