you don't know what you're talking about lou64. Whether the rights are included or not, at least 30% of the shares not controlled by Wyloo or Baosteel would have to vote in favor of the deal for 0.315 per share. That is unlikely to occur. Without the rights, they can buy the remainder for about $101M, and with the rights exercised, about $202M.

The value of the resource is in the 10s of billions at least.
Nobody is going to vote in favour of this deal with the exception of a few penny flippers.

deal is DOA and likely to be taken out by an entity not tainted by Chinse CCP money.
