This is hypothetical because I don't know PS340's purchase price but we will use 35 cents.
I will use share price going to $21 for the sample. This would have cost $59,150.
169,000 warrants entitle him to 9,285 shares (see my previous post).
9,285 shares at $21 is $194,985.
$194,985 - $49,010 (cost to exercise) - $59,150 (cost to purchase) = $86,825
Had he purchased shares with the $59,150 at $10 share he would have 5,915 shares. If they went to $21 he would have $124,215 worth.
124,215 - 59,150 = $65,065
Over $20,000 MORE profit with PS340's scenario and I know he did much better then that because we have both been in for a long time.
All that to say who cares if you need to come up with some cash, it doesn't have to be all at once, but more money can be made in warrants if price continues to climb.
