RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OSK/BTR tipping their hands ?an aggressive osk ordered long delivery mill equipment 1/2 yr back- pressures BTR to a 'fair' deal, or osk will build/operate within 3years. Totally possible. Its both a brilliant negotiating tactic and a real move ahead toward their own build.
