Oh but they did mention Hemmingford, just not by name - THEY WROTE IT OFF!!! What they did fail to mentioin is what happened to all the missing funds.  Oh and they also wrote off ALL OF TRICHROME ... right down to "Nil" ... and Yunify?  WRITTEN OFF !!!( down to $1 "Fair Value")

And now it looks like Dorval is turned into a legal flustercuck with Matica being sued

"... it was determined that the construction of outdoor greenhouses was no longer determined to be economically viable, and accordingly the Company recognized a loss on acquisition."  ?!?!?!?
