And all this is going to cost Whloo what, about 80 mil...
$150 mil currently for an ore body that is in a safe jurisdiction...
Even if you double the price and you get shares, is well worth the 
purchase price to the buyer.
I would rather have cash of course but mining companies are more 
generous if they use the shares as currency.

Most mining shares have more than 4x from the low of last March and 
yet NOT is just trading at 3 year high and at just .50, it would be at a 
5 year high...
At .50, you are saying that Wyloo would be over paying???
I think not.
The question is ' Is Wyloo really interested in the rof ?' 
The bid says ' no '...
It would be a mistake to drop the bid because copper could be as high as 12-15$/lb in 2-3 years!!!
What would the rof be worth with copper at that price, never mind the nickel and the chrome
ore...
