The Gov't sets the rates and pays the bills for VMD. Now, OIG are threatening to wipe out all their cash and VMD is under attack. 

CMS needs to give VMD a decision, but as we all know, the Gov't works at it's own pace. 

So down she goes...and no potiential buyout company, would touch VMD with a ten foot pole. This could all end up in the courts. IMO

We shall see.
