RE:Regarding raising more capital through equity kramaswamy, I agree that some forms of dilution are okay in many cases. Maybe some time in the future, I could be in support of dilution for an acquisition or for development of a new mine. However, for the time being, bone headed management has no credibility, and I do not trust them with dilution money. The commodity bull market will likely last for years, and management should have no trouble figuring out how to grow organically.
The problem with dilution right now is that the market does not trust this company anymore and has assigned it a very low stock price. Dilution at a low stock price is poison to investors. Management has sealed their fate by mismanaging the company. No on trusts them, so they are unable to raise money at a decent share price.
It took management multiple quarters of poor performance to lose credibility, and it is going to take multiple quarters of good performance to earn it back. They need to start by figuring out how to post REAL EARNINGS. Not just this "cash flow" BS. At the current price of zinc, this company should be extremely profitable. This zinc rally should have been a dream come true for Trevali investors, but the last 2 quarters have been a nightmare.
