RE:RE:RE:Johnny needs to go . . .

RE:RE:RE:Johnny needs to go . . .Anshultz, what you have said is at least technically correct about the first week of the IPO, unlike Canadaforoil, whose claim was plain wrong.  DN's start-up price, assuming we're talking about the public offring Nov. 6th, 2017, was $0.65.  That is what John and the team thought their shares were worth at that time.  Some absoultely insane speculators, rabid with green fever over legalization, then drove the price on the open market to over $4.00.  That had nothing to do with John.  You're trying to hold him to an insane standard by claiming that he "let the price slip lower" from there, which is ridiculous.  John did nothing of the sort, people overbought like crazy and now many of them are paying the price for their foolishness.

If you bought at dizzying highs, then man up and take responsibilty for your choices.  John didn't make you buy; he has been clear on his vision from the start and reported along the way.  It was up to you to decide for yourself whether to buy, hold, or sell, not John.

So, is it dissappointing that we're down from the IPO price?  Absolutely.  Is it anywhere near as bad as you two are trying to make it sound?  Certainly not.  The stock had no business ever being valued that high, it was a stupid bubble, and bubbles burst when the stupid people creating them wake up.

Now, I will admit that the last quarter results were disappointing, but prior to that there has been some great progress.  I am holding for now until something gives me reason to consider otherwise.

Anschutz wrote: The share price has slid lower practically every day since shares began trading publicly.  This was a +$4 stock the week of the IPO.  It's since slid lower every day/year ever since.  It's down almost 90%.  Management has been a disaster for anyone that entrusted them with their investment capital. Majority of investors, friends and even family members are disgusted with the performance.  This is what happens when people are put into positions they are ill equipped to handle.  Much the same as the state of Canada under Trudeau and his cabal of incompetent cabinet ministers.

StonksOnlyGoUp wrote: The share price hasn't dropped 80% from start up.  Clearly you don't understand this company or the sector.

Canadaforoil wrote: as he has allowed the share price to drop around eighty percent from start-up.  Issuing unnecessary debt killed the share price and his ideas of growth are poor at best.  When you are a new company, focus on what you do best, attain that goal then start to diversify with the positive cashflow that you have created from your core business.  This has been a mess for the last two years, expanding brick and mortar retail shows a lack of business accumen.  If you have a great product, people will come to you, you are not a Starbucks and do not need expensive stores all across the city.  Stop cannabalizing your own stores with expensive leases.  If Johnny stays, this company will be just like "socials", only a Manitoban knows what they are.
