RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF OPTIONSGranting these options in the period after the company was expected to have well#4 data but before data has actually been publicly disclosed does feel potentially problematic. Perhaps the options have been granted/approved by the board before the company actually received the well#4 data. I hope the company has competent corporate legal counsel advising it - we certainly dont need any avoidable legal footfaults giving rise to pesky shareholder lawsuits that would be a drag on things...
