Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

The article I assume you were referencing was in Kitco and it said very little and nothing about Quebec or CRE or North American Sources.
3.As proof of your assertian you posed a German Language release that would have to be translated. 

My conclusion: If i looks like a "spoof" and smells like one it probably is.

The German article is the source.  In my computer I just push a button and it translates.  I have posted also an article from electrive.com which is a translation of what has been said in the German article.  Just make an effort to understand others.

From now on, I won't answer your questions, because I already took too much of my time for You. Find your answers yourself if You can.
