I've read a fair share of research reports from David Kwan (formely PI Financial) over the last few years on some of the other tech stocks that he covers. He's now a director of equity research at TD, worked in investment banking, Cowark, was VP at Macquarie etc. He is credible, has experience and a solid track record. He's even among the top-tier ranked analysts (in the top 5%) with one of the better success rates:

No one expects the upcoming financials of MTLO to be mind blowing. What it needs to show is legitimate growth from the Microsoft DEM business. If management delivers on the numbers, the SP should reflect its true valuation.
