$100MM US Offering, and No Price?

$100MM US Offering, and No Price?....I like the company too, but this isn't an ATM. Why would they release this info without setting a price? I'm a bit confused. Nothing on Sedar, or their website, aside from the NR. Frick, no surprise we're down today. How low are we going to go? Not impressed. Thoughts?
