a) 500M common shares of AMI (0.04) ~ 20M Cnd in exchange for Assets: 1 building (being outfitted for indoor grow facility) on lease land on Native Territory (with a few small units) on the old Burns Lake Specialty Wood Product's site
  • is this asset in "Operation" (or still being accessed for license)
b)~ 80M common shares (outstanding 77m) of AMI (before) and after 580M outstanding

c) Will ANC be the new management?
