The compensation should be cut for all non operational staff by at least half with the second half being provided in the form of options. Don't you get the feeling at MTLO management is a lot like the LEAFS?
I mean we have these expectations (called performance). Management is well paid and let's now look at the compensation plan.
I see... just like the LEAFS the base salary is far, far too high. Other than being hired for the job, what is the incentive to outperform?
And what happened to the LEAFS? Any different here?
