Yup, including divvies.  My ACB is actually $24.41 since I started accumulating in 2013. So my ROI completely sucks.

I'm perhaps a bit facetious - I don't see anything else that I really want to get involved in right now - no other pipelines, no other producers, banks are back to over-priced, and I think insurers are headed for a shakeup, so I'm not quite sure where else I would put my money.  Most of it's RRPS money, so it's not the kind of thing you plug into SHOP or EBAY.

As I said, the great thing about the past three months has been finding out thatht e institutional investors are also willingl to hang in their for a greater profit.  We think.  Nobody actually knows, but it appears few to none have actually tendered any shares to any of the offers.
