They were allowed to continue production until the paperwork was done. But then the illegal blockade started and oceana decided to play softball. Instead off asking the military in or so. Which was in the ftaa. Then the never ending silly courtcases trying to remove the blockade.
funny thing is that now the blockade is gone, everyone ignores the agreement that production was allowed to continue. they still play softball, if the mine isn't ours then I would send big monthly bills to maintain it. I would also sue for finincial damages. Then there is the case we will be the only company in the filipines that pays 60% tax, while all others pay 40%. None of this makes sense.

still think we get a good outcome this month.
