RE:BB short interest update

Geez....war is on. BB reached $21.40 USD @ 4:50 this morning. In less than 3 hrs it was back to $15 and change. As I type it's moved back above $16. Both sides seem willing to duke it out. As far as regulators are concerned, nothing wrong here?
