Newb question - NAVPS

Newb question - NAVPSOn page 11 of the June presentation, TTP NAVPS @ $65 WTI = $5.95.  Does NAVPS deduct PIPE's debt ($190MM), or is it simply the value of the assets in the ground less cost to extract?  Also, does NAVPS include decomissioning liabilities?
