Nexus Uranium Corp. is a multi-commodity development company. The Cree East project is located within the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, spanning 57,752 hectares. The Napoleon project comprises over 1,000 hectares and is prospective for multiple forms of gold mineralization. The Project is located approximately 35 km northwest of Kamloops, BC. The Company’s Yukon gold projects are comprised of almost 8,000 hectares of quartz claims prospective for high-grade gold mineralization. The Company has an option to acquire approximately 90% interest in the Wray Mesa uranium project in Utah, United States of America. The Wray Mesa project covers 6,282 acres and comprises over 308 unpatented lode claims in San Juan County, Utah.

NO/ZERO/ZILCH/NADA warrants, AND at a premium. Stock curr 28c & pp done at 29c.

Usually what happens in this scenario, I find, is that the company allows these buyers to accumulate some of their position in the placement, and then expect the rest to be accumulated in the market. I suspect that after this closes, we will see an increase in both volume and share price!
